Our History Demonstrates Our Dedication To Our Clients
Founding attorney Donald Kaltenbach began to practice in New Port Richey in 1972. Donald attended Stetson University College of Law, Florida’s first law school. After completing his Juris Doctor, he practiced law in the areas of DUI defense, criminal defense, bankruptcy, wills, trusts, estates, probate and family law. This variety of service, combined with the timing of when he opened the firm’s doors, has been the key to our perpetual success.
In 1990, to accommodate the growing demand for service, the firm added Stephen Williams as a partner. Stephen brought many things to the firm, but most notably, he is responsible for expanding the firm to include personal injury law. Thanks to the wealth of knowledge and experience that Mr. Williams brought, this new division has grown to be an integral part of the firm’s business. Today, we also have our partner Richard contributing to the continual success and growth of our firm.
At Williams & Ackley P.L.C., we thrive on providing world-class legal advice to the community of Trinity, New Port Richey and surrounding areas. We are extremely proud of our heritage and are equally happy to be able to serve our community in every way we can.
